@jambonbuzz Après le tracking via un identifiant aussi pérenne que le hash de l'email, et encore plus le hash du téléphone, ça me gène. Même avec "consentement", même si ce n'est pas illicite. Hors personnes bossant là-dedans, personne ne réalise que ce tracking existe et prospère

@jambonbuzz Probablement oui. J'ai eu plusieurs retours surpris, beaucoup de sites semblent surpris que Facebook scrape leurs formulaire via la "correspondance automatique avancée". L'ignorance n'est pas une excuse, mais Facebook a une sacré responsabilité en proposant cette option.

But the decision from Luxembourg has not been published 😏

They say that ePrivacy is about storage and/or access to the end user terminal, hence using IP address alone is excluded (vs a full fingerprint)

@vkw @pbannist @ratko Yes, you can already see that in Europe. @SirdataGroup for example, personalized ads based on IP address if no consent. So far, it hasn’t been challenged by DPAs 🤷

@alextcone You are right, i misread the CNIL's decision. For the idfv usage & ePrivacy, it should be on the app vendors compliance plans (not Apple) An open question (another topic): could Apple be considered as a controler (GDPR) when they provide the idfv identifier?
